Our teams are often surprised by their encounters with
Costa Rican wildlife during their tours.
Did you Know?
- There are around 14,000 species of butterflies in Costa Rica
- Green iguanas can be up to 6.5 feet long and can weigh up to 33 pounds
- Turtles travel hundreds to thousands of miles and return to the same place were they themselves were hatched to do some nesting of their own
